Keeping people motivated and inspired at work, with the media drowning us in fear, adds one more demand on small business owners.  CNN (constant negative news) gorges itself on what would otherwise be high motivation and morale.

I saw a great snippet movie this week that is targeted in helping small business owners to keep their team focused on how change is good.  We all need support to not buy in to the constant negativity that the media thrives upon.
